Most famous for her role as Jerri in “the television series,” which recently celebrated the 25-year anniversary of its final episode, Sedaris, in her sixties, is determined to keep her mind sharp.

  • Eating plenty of greens, fruits, and whole grains.
  • Adding light dairy products.
  • Limited eating of seafood, poultry, legumes, and seeds and nuts.
  • Limiting foods that are full of saturated fats.
  • Limiting sugar-sweetened beverages and desserts.
  • Up to this specific amount per day of salt.
  • Using extra virgin olive oil as your chief source of fat.
  • Keeping in check cured meats and sweets.

“Sustaining cognitive health is more than just about nutrition. Without a doubt, regulating your diet and medications to stop and handle high blood pressure, blood sugar issues, obesity, and elevated cholesterol are each crucial,” the doctor added.

I prepare a meal, and we sit around, and we talk and craft projects,” she explained. “I like to engage with people. I’m a good listener, and I appreciate new connections.
